Hello! I'm Nicole, and I'm passionate about empowering women through exercise. My journey is deeply rooted in my family's history and my own experiences, which have shaped my approach to wellness and personal growth.

My Story

A Legacy of Strength and Resilience

My grandmother was one of the many remarkable women known as Rosie the Riveter. During World War II, American women entered the workforce in unprecedented numbers, with nearly one out of every four married women working outside the home. Rosie the Riveter remains an iconic symbol of these hardworking women who contributed significantly to the war effort and laid the groundwork for future generations.

My Early Start in Sales

By age six I quickly discovered my love for business, my self-drive, and my competitive spirit.
Growing up in a family business, I witnessed firsthand how work ethic directly impacts success.

I also learned quite quickly that you have to take care of yourself physically and mentally if you are going to hustle that hard. Even on the busiest of days, I prioritize fun in my fitness choices.

Finding the Right Exercise

A common question I hear is, "What is the best type of exercise for me?" My response is always, "What do you enjoy, or at the very least, what can you tolerate?" From there, we explore the many options available. You'll be surprised at how many choices there are, far more than you might imagine. I offer recommendations for all stages of a woman's life, abilities, and timeframes.

My Professional Journey

As a clinical exercise physiologist, I strive to inspire a fun and realistic approach to wellness based on the Science of movement and grounded in self-care. I have been fortunate to work in various wellness settings, including:

Corporate Wellness: Programs for companies like Ford, GM, and Harvard Business School.

Women's Specific Programs: Coaching for Weight Watchers executives and clients.

Private Clubs: Personalized wellness plans.

Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation: Specialized programs for recovery and health.

Research-Based Exposure: Contributions at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Joslin Diabetes Center.

Empowering Women Together

The slogan for the Rosie the Riveter campaign was "We can do it!" Inspired by this legacy, I believe that together, we can find a way that "You can do it!" Are you ready to discover the perfect fit for your wellness journey? Let's work together to achieve your goals and empower you to live your best life.  You Can Do It!
